By registering at List Impact you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
Unless you received prior permission from List Impact you may only register for one account. If you fail to ask and get permission, all accounts you created CAN be deleted with loss of any referrals, credits and commissions. No refunds will be issued.
You may not promote List Impact in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting List Impact in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your account and possible legal action.
Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using List Impact. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. List Impact or its representatives are not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.
URL Rules
Before submitting a URL to List Impact please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your List Impact account may also be deleted.
*No sites with illegal activity.
*No frame-breaking sites.
*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.
*No adult content.
*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.
*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.
*No PTP sites.
*List Impact has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.
Email Address Rules
You are responsible for using an email address with good email deliverability. We recommend Gmail. If you signed up with another email, you can easily change it in your account settings.
Gmail is FREE and gives the best results. Other email providers give too many bounces or block promotional messages. List Impact has the right to suspend your account temporary or indefinitely if your email address delivers too many bounces. Contact our helpdesk at http://listimpact.com/helpdesk if you need help. The List Impact support will assist you in this simple process.
Account Suspension
If you are suspended, it means you broke the rules that you agreed to follow when joining List Impact .
It's possible that you have promoted illegal material through our member mailer or that you failed to use a valid & working email address. It's your responsibility to ensure you get the emails sent by other List Impact members and List Impact administration.

Privacy
Your information is kept safe and will not be shared with others. We respect your privacy.
Communication
You agree to receive emails from List Impact members (through your email address and/or your on-site in box) and administration. If you make a purchase at List Impact you also give permission to List Impact to contact you at the email address you used to make your purchase (List Impact VIP Customer List powered by Aweber) to receive important updates and promotional offers for customers only.
Subscription management
You are responsible for managing your payment subscriptions after paying for a monthly or yearly membership upgrade (subscription) or any other recurring payment to ListImpact. You can cancel your future payments at any time by stopping the subsciption with your payment processor. List Impact uses established payment processors to securely handle your payments.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. All sales of advertising packages and advertising upgrades at List Impact are final. On all sales pages we clearly explain what you're buying. We pay out commissions fast to our affiliates and by becoming a member at List Impact and making any purchase, you agree that those purchases are non-refundable.
